After your complimentary session, you may choose from 4 individual packages to meet your personal needs.

INITIAL 90 MINUTE SESSION: $120 includes two assessments, creating your Wellness Vision and setting three-month goals.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS: $65 for one 40-minute telephone session made by the client.

5 SESSION PACKAGE - 10% off savings: $295 for five 40-minute telephone sessions, unlimited e-mails. Calls are made weekly by the client.

10 SESSION PACKAGE - 20% off savings: $525 includes ten 40-minute telephone sessions, unlimited e-mails. Calls are made weekly or bi-weekly by the client.

Coaching is generally done over the telephone for optimal convenience and flexibility (accommodating international time zones).

If you live in the West Michigan area, and prefer in-person sessions, these take place in our downtown Muskegon office. Directions
